Refund Policy

Can I return my order?

At Bronzécosmetics, we accept returns for unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Items that are opened, used, will not be eligible for return or refund.

⚠️ Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligible refunds will cover the purchase cost of the item(s), excluding shipping and handling fees, and will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the return.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely. If a returned parcel is lost and not tracked, Bronzé cannot be held liable and may be unable to issue a refund or exchange.

What happens after I return my order?

Once we receive your item at our warehouse, we’ll notify you by email and confirm your options: a refund or an exchange.

Received the wrong or a damaged product?

If you received the wrong product, or if it arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo and your order confirmation number so we can assist you quickly.

We’ll review your request and, if eligible, send you the correct item or offer a refund or exchange.
